Whistleblower policy

AB Zuid-Holland values integrity and safety and we do everything in our power to guarantee both. Unfortunately this cannot prevent things going wrong, threatening to go wrong or appearing to go wrong. Of course you can always report this to your supervisor, another supervisor, the M&O department or a member of the Management/MT team.

Report

If you want to officially report malpractice, a suspicion of malpractice or a violation or threat of violation of Union Law within AB Zuid-Holland, you can use this form.

The form works through an anonymous website where anonymity is guaranteed. The report will be handled by the (external) confidential contact person of AB Zuid-Holland. They will contact you within 7 working days to discuss the next steps.

If you wish to officially report malpractice, a suspicion of malpractice or a violation or risk of violation of EU law within AB Zuid-Holland, you will find in these regulations how to go about officially reporting this.

These regulations also offer protection to reporters of (suspected) abuse and violations of EU law. If you are unsure about the rules, have questions about their interpretation or have suggestions for improvement of this report, please contact your supervisor, the M&O department or the (internal or external) Confidential Contact Person of our organization.
